News from the Son Tra Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 24 said: The Ward Trade Union organized a conference to sign a cooperation agreement for the "Trade Union Member Welfare" program in 2026 with Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. and deploy health check-ups and tests for union members and workers in the ward.
Speaking at the conference, the leader of Son Tra Ward Trade Union emphasized that the implementation of union member welfare programs is a practical activity to care for life, health, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to strengthen the connection between trade union organizations and businesses in accompanying and supporting workers.
According to the signed content, Medlatec Vietnam Co., Ltd. will sponsor 1,000 health check-up test packages including Uric and liver enzyme tests for officials, union members, and employees of grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under Son Tra Ward Trade Union.
In addition, the company will coordinate to organize free blood collection and testing programs on-site at units when 40 or more people participate.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, union members and workers participated in examinations and tests according to the registered packages. The program received positive response from union members because of its practicality, contributing to raising awareness of health care, early detection of disease risks to have timely treatment directions.
