On November 2, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Tuy Hoa Ward Labor Union had just organized the 1st Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term successfully and well.
The congress was attended by 125 outstanding delegates, representing more than 12,000 union members in the ward.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee - praised the spirit of solidarity and proactiveness of Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union.
She also expressed her confidence that the Executive Committee of the first term will continue to innovate, be creative, and excellently complete its tasks, contributing to the development of the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the ward.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the congress comprehensively assessed the results of activities in the past time and set goals and directions for the coming term.
In particular, focusing on promoting dialogue and collective bargaining; focusing on the contents of employment, wages, occupational safety and hygiene; at the same time, mobilizing workers to join trade unions, building a strong unit, a reliable support for union members and workers.
At the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee and leadership positions of the Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, including 9 comrades.
In which, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chinh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy Hoa Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor presented 2 "Union Shelter" symbols to 2 union members with difficult housing circumstances.
