With the motto "workers are the center", PVEP Trade Union always focuses on taking care of the material and spiritual life, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of more than 1,800 workers. Despite the large workload and the scattered forces according to the project, the company still maintains a full salary, bonus, health insurance, life insurance and voluntary pension for employees.
The trade union regularly provides legal advice, promotes policies, helps employees understand and accompany businesses in restructuring, and prevents complaints and recommendations from occurring. Cultural and sports activities, child care during holidays and Tet are maintained; PVEP Petroleum Support Fund promptly supports difficult cases and serious illnesses.
At the same time, the trade union also coordinated the implementation of social security programs, community activities in the locality, spreading the image of PVEP people with affection and responsibility.
In response to the need for innovation in the energy sector, PVEP Trade Union strongly launched the movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Innovation - Efficiency", "Workers' Month", "Action Month on occupational safety and health"; " Contributing initiatives, giving ideas" ... These movements bring a profit value of nearly 10,000 billion VND, with many initiatives immediately applied to help shorten progress, save costs, ensure safety and quality.
Outstanding collectives and individuals are honored, replicated, and created a continuous competitive atmosphere. With a proactive and flexible spirit, PVEP Trade Union becomes a bridge between employees and the leadership of the corporation, realizing innovative thinking through concrete actions.
Entering the 2025-2030 period, PVEP Trade Union continues to innovate its methods of operation in the direction of "clear goals - clear work - clear people - clear deadlines - clear resources", reducing forms and increasing efficiency. At the same time, focus on training skills for union officials, discovering and fostering young cadres, and introducing outstanding union members to the Party.
In the new term, PVEP Trade Union identified the key goal of continuing to represent and protect the rights of workers; promoting emulation and creativity movements; applying digital transformation and AI technology in trade union work.
The results achieved affirm that PVEP Trade Union is not only a reliable support for employees but also a driving force for innovation of the corporation, contributing to PVEP in completing its tasks, ensuring national energy security and sustainable development.
