With the theme of activities in 2025 being "Focusing on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party", Binh Dinh Provincial Trade Union aims to admit 17,800 more union members, establish 100% of grassroots trade unions (CDCS) in enterprises with 20 or more employees; 90% of union members and employees (VGCL) will be propagandized and disseminated the Party's guidelines and resolutions and the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions.
Binh Dinh Provincial Trade Union also focuses on improving the quality of human resources. It is expected that at least 65% of workers in enterprises will participate in studying, improving their qualifications and professional skills. The trade union also coordinates with enterprises to implement democratic regulations at the workplace, ensuring legitimate rights for employees.
Party building work continues to be a key task. On average, each grassroots union will introduce at least one outstanding union member for the Party to consider, train and admit. At the same time, 100% of newly elected Trade Union Chairmen will be trained and fostered in professional skills to ensure good performance of the role of representing workers...
In 2025, Binh Dinh Provincial Trade Union aims to have at least 84% of enterprises with qualified Trade Union organizations sign Collective Labor Agreements, ensuring better rights for workers. The union also commits to supporting at least 80% of labor disputes when union members request to file a lawsuit in court.
The work of caring for the spiritual life of workers will continue to be promoted through cultural and sports activities, as well as emulation movements to study and practice to improve qualifications and professional skills.

The provincial trade union will implement practical solutions to improve cultural life at the grassroots level, contributing to building a modern and strong working class, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the new period.
