From February 2025, the Trade Union of Right Rich International Company Limited will organize birthdays for workers born in the month. This is a company with about 3,500 union members, workers, and laborers, operating in the field of shoe production in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park.
The birthday party is held at lunch and the portion is increased by 30,000 VND/serving, the total cost is 50,000 VND/serving and there are more cakes, soft drinks, yogurt or fruit. During this March birthday party, the company organized birthday parties for 250 union members. Throughout the party, there was a bustling laughing sound filled with joy.
The grassroots union and the company's leaders also prepared cakes and had representatives of the cake cutting workers sing a birthday greeting song together. In particular, the workers participating all received birthday gifts, which were lucky money pack worth 200,000 VND from the company.
I am very happy to have my birthday organized by the company. The portion is more than usual and is also given as gifts. In addition, the grassroots union will organize a union meal for union members every quarter. These activities encourage the spirit of union members and workers, so everyone is excited and feels the attention from the union and the company.
At the birthday party for union members, the company's leaders and the Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Binh Thuan province had a birthday party with workers. Thereby, it will create cohesion and sharing for union members to strive to complete production work well.
