On November 14, the Trade Union of Hue University of Education held the 19th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress aims to evaluate the results of activities in the 2023 - 2025 period, point out limitations, learn from experience and propose directions for the new term in the spirit of: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
In the recent period, the school's trade union has achieved many outstanding results such as: Promoting propaganda and legal education for union members; caring for the material and spiritual lives of civil servants and workers; promoting the role of representing and protecting legitimate rights; organizing many cultural and sports activities; promptly rewarding union members with achievements. The union also proactively deploys emulation movements, applies digital transformation in operations and improves team qualifications, with more than 98% of lecturers having postgraduate qualifications.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union has set a slogan for action: "Continuing to innovate content and methods of operation for the benefit of civil servants and employees; building a culture of quality, solidarity for sustainable development of the University of Education, Hue University".
The union focuses on caring for and protecting union members' rights, building a democratic - disciplined - safe working environment; innovating leadership methods; improving staff capacity; widely implementing the emulation movement "Good teaching - Good learning", associated with the campaign "Each teacher is an example of ethics, self-study and creativity".
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, including 9 members and elected a delegation to attend the 7th Hue University Trade Union Congress with 13 official delegates and 2 absent delegates.
On this occasion, the school and the union presented 40 gifts (each worth 1.5 million VND) to support officials and workers affected by the recent flood.
Previously, all civil servants and employees were supported with 500,000 VND/person.
