The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tan Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bau Bang commune.
At the conference, Bau Bang Commune Trade Union approved the working regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Commune Trade Union; approved the task assignment table for each Executive Committee member.
Mr. Luu The Thuan - Chairman of Bau Bang Commune Trade Union - said that the conference also set out key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
Accordingly, the Commune Trade Union will focus on guiding grassroots trade unions in trade union work; developing a coordination program with sectors; preparing necessary conditions to successfully organize the Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
In addition, Bau Bang Commune Trade Union also set out tasks and solutions to survey the area, coordinate the development of union members, and establish grassroots trade unions in the last 6 months of 2025.
It is known that Bau Bang commune was established and put into operation from July 1, 2025 on the basis of maintaining the status quo of 7/8 neighborhoods of Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district.
Currently, there are 1,068 enterprises operating in the commune. Of which, there are 199 FDI enterprises and 869 domestic enterprises.
Currently, Bau Bang commune has 92 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 21,692 union members. Of which, the number of grassroots trade unions in industrial parks is 74 units (80%) with about 19,000 union members (88%). 18 grassroots trade unions (20%) with nearly 2,600 union members outside industrial parks (12%).
