At the ceremony, leaders of Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union announced the decision to admit 61 employees of Dong Giang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. into the Vietnam Trade Union organization; the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Dong Giang Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and appoint comrade Nguyen Minh Trung to hold the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.

Responding to the launch of Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union on sponsoring children of union members in difficult circumstances, the Trade Union and Dong Giang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. registered to sponsor 1 student who is a child of a union member in difficult circumstances, with a support level of 500,000 VND/month.
