Implementing Plan No. 154/KH-LDLD of the Da Nang Labor Federation, on the morning of November 12, the Nui Thanh Commune Labor Union visited and encouraged two enterprises that suffered heavy damage caused by the recent floods, namely Thai Viet Corporation Joint Stock Company (Tam My Commune, Da Nang) and Robinson Nam Hoi An Resort (Tam Xuan Commune, Da Nang).
These are enterprises with foreign investment capital and employ foreign workers.

At the visit, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Phuc - Chairwoman of the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union visited, encouraged, and shared the difficulties with the Board of Directors and employees of enterprises. At the same time, the Commune Union also discussed and quickly grasped the damage situation of union members and workers to have timely support measures.
Receiving the attention of the Trade Union organization, Mr. Okan Tin - Executive Director of Robinson Nam Hoi An Resort emphasized: "This spiritual support is extremely meaningful, not only helping us to be more confident in overcoming the difficult period after the flood, but also showing the concern and support of the Trade Union organization for businesses and workers."
At the visit, the Commune Trade Union presented each enterprise with 5 million VND in cash and a gift, to encourage enterprises to soon restore production, stabilize jobs and income for workers.

The Chairman of the Commune Trade Union also acknowledged the efforts of enterprises in proactively overcoming damage and maintaining production activities.
At the same time, it is recommended that the grassroots trade unions continue to promote their role and closely coordinate with employers in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building progressive, harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
