A representative of the Trade Union of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company said that the enterprise is managing 33 bird islands, 173 bird caves and 26 affiliated units with 3,799 union members, of which 2,089 are female union members.

The average income of workers increased from 14.6 million VND/month (2023) to 16 million VND/month in the first 9 months of 2025.
In the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus, the Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to organize labor conferences, listen to the concerns, and protect the rights of union members. The recommendations were accepted, ensuring the harmony of interests between businesses and workers.
Each year, the company and the Trade Union spend 12 - 13 billion VND to visit and give Tet gifts to 4,0005,000 union members and workers. The children of workers are comprehensively cared for.
In particular, during the flood in November 2025, the Union and the Company mobilized forces to serve hundreds of hot meals per day; organized volunteer teams to each family to clean, disinfect, repair houses, and give thousands of gifts worth 2 billion VND.
Emulating initiatives to create new momentum
Mr. Bui Tran Thai - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union shared that the Trade Union strongly maintains emulation movements of "Good workers", "Creative workers", occupational safety and hygiene and scientific research.
In 2023-2024 alone, 190 initiatives were recognized, many topics had high practical value. Notable examples include research on the process of producing cosmetics from bird's nest extract, improving machinery to improve productivity...

Many collectives and individuals with high achievements at sports festivals, occupational safety and hygiene competitions, and art contests were commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
