On November 20, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the company will still apply the same bonus level as last year in accordance with the policy established in the collective labor agreement.
Accordingly, employees who work for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary.
For every additional year of work, employees will receive an additional 5%, and the maximum is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
In addition, Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited also decided to give a bonus of 200,000 VND/person for the 2025 New Year.
“These policies are all in the collective labor agreement, if changed, they will only be higher than the old policy” – Mr. Dang Tuan Tu – Chairman of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited said.
