    Dong Nai - Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company rewards employees who complete the 2025 plan with a level of VND 200,000 to VND 1 million/person.

    On December 26, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company has just rewarded employees who have completed the 2025 plan with a level of VND 200,000 to VND 1 million/person (rewarded according to working time), the total reward is more than VND 2.3 billion.

    Previously, at the 4th Trade Union Congress of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030 on November 22, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan - Deputy Director of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company said that in 2025, the company will grow by more than 20%, so in addition to the increase in employees' product salaries, Tet bonuses will also increase compared to 2024.

    On December 12, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company announced the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 at an average of 14.5 million VND/worker, more than 20% higher than the Lunar New Year bonus in 2025.
