Accordingly, from January 2026, the probationary salary for employees will increase from 4.91 million VND to 5.264 million VND/month.
For workers who have signed labor contracts, the basic salary level is adjusted to increase depending on the level of worker of the worker. The lowest increase is 354,000 VND/month, the highest increase is 574,000 VND/month. In which, level 1 worker from 5.23 million VND increased to 5.607 million VND/month. Level 10 worker from 7.966 million VND increased to 8. 540 million VND/month. For office workers, considering performance evaluation, the highest increase is 15% salary.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union said that the enterprise is paying salaries and paying various types of insurance for employees in accordance with the law. In addition to the above basic salary, employees have additional income from overtime. On average, employees working at the company earn an income of 9 to 12 million VND per month.
