On November 15, the Labor Federation of Cam Le district, Da Nang city coordinated with the district's Social Policy Bank to disburse 3.5 billion VND in loans to union members.
35 members were given loans to develop their family economy with a loan amount of up to 100 million VND/person. The loan repayment period is 10 years (120 months).
Mr. Le Trong Nguyen, Chairman of the Labor Federation of Cam Le District, said that this is a loan source according to Resolution No. 33/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2024 of the People's Council of Da Nang City regulating the entrustment of city budget capital through the Da Nang City Social Policy Bank Branch to lend to union members who are cadres, civil servants, non-professional workers, and workers in difficult circumstances in Da Nang City.
Eligible subjects for preferential loans include: Officials and civil servants working at district-level state agencies with a salary coefficient of 3.0 or lower; officials, civil servants, and part-time workers working in wards with a salary coefficient of 3.0 or lower, and workers in difficult circumstances working at enterprises with trade unions located in the district.
The Cam Le District Labor Federation was allocated 3.8 billion VND to help cadres, civil servants, part-time workers and workers in difficult circumstances borrow capital to improve their lives.
