The Hoa Vang District Labor Federation, Da Nang City organized a conference to propagate and mobilize workers in non-public preschools in Hoa Nhon, Hoa Phong and Hoa Khuong communes to participate in the Trade Union organization.
At the conference, more than 50 delegates from independent and private preschools in the area were introduced by the reporter of the Da Nang City Labor Federation about the Vietnam Trade Union; the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization and the rights of workers when joining the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Discussing at the conference, Mr. Hoang Bach Tung, Chairman of the Hoa Vang District Labor Federation, said that in the coming time, the District Labor Federation will coordinate with relevant agencies, departments, branches and organizations to promote the establishment and launch of independent preschool class unions in the three communes of Hoa Nhon, Hoa Phong and Hoa Khuong.
This will be the second union in the district, after the first union established in October 2024 in Hoa Son commune.
The establishment of the union will represent the voice, legitimate rights and interests of workers in private preschool groups; at the same time, it will also be a place to share experiences in child care.
