On the morning of November 12, at Tan Huong Industrial Park (Tan Huong commune, Dong Thap province), the Trade Union of Freeview Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam) held the 4th Congress of Trade Union Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice President of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Charley - Deputy General Director; and representatives of the Board of Directors of Freeview Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam), along with 170 official delegates representing nearly 21,500 union members.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union of Freeview Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam) has closely followed its functions and tasks, developed plans and organized effective and practical implementation; the forms and methods of operation have been gradually innovated and developed, clearly demonstrating the central role in connecting employees and employers. The grassroots trade union closely coordinates with the company's Board of Directors in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, improving working conditions, ensuring wages, benefits, and labor safety; organizing many cultural and sports activities, caring for spiritual life, visiting and supporting union members in difficult circumstances, etc.
The team of cadres, union members, and workers has strong political will, work with peace of mind, knowledge and high responsibility for their work, successfully completing the tasks, goals, and targets set by the term. The emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, "emulation in innovation and digital transformation" and " digitization of education and training" ... build a trade union organization to excellently complete its tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of Freeview Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam) determined to continue improving the quality of trade union activities and the workers' movement, striving with enterprises to exceed the annual production and business plan targets with high growth; increased profits; increased labor productivity, etc. At the same time, strive for 100% of union members and workers to be trained to improve their skills, professional expertise, production management and operation; strive to have 2-3 works and initiatives of valuable union members.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation praised the outstanding results of the Trade Union of Freeview Industrial Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) in the past term; at the same time, acknowledged the close coordination between the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the company in implementing practical and effective activities, taking good care of union members and workers.
With a high sense of democracy, responsibility and unity, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Freeview Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam) term IV, 2025-2030, consisting of 14 comrades with sufficient capacity, qualities and prestige to shoulder the responsibility.
Mr. Le Vo Huu Hanh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy and Mr. Nguyen Van Bien were elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Trade Union. The Congress also elected 02 delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
