On the afternoon of November 2, the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company (HUEGATEX) said that the historic flood lasting from October 26 to 30 in the Central region caused property damage and seriously affected the lives of officers and workers in the entire company.
In order to share difficulties, encourage the spirit and support employees to soon stabilize their lives, the General Director of HUEGATEX has decided to support all 4,378 employees in the company.
Specifically, employees who sign labor contracts from September 2025 onwards will be supported with VND 1 million/person; employees who sign contracts in October 2025 will be supported with VND 300,000/person.
Previously, from October 21 to 24, in response to the program "HUEGATEX joins hands towards the North - spreading love after natural disasters", the General Director and Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union called on all officers and employees to participate in supporting people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
In just a few days of launching, the HUEGATEX employees have raised 226.124 million VND. The entire amount will be transferred to people in affected areas through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City.
Each heart shared is a "throw of love", contributing to extending the spirit of humanity of the HUEGATEX team towards people in disaster areas, joining hands to restore life and production.
