Production operations guaranteed
After the Lunar New Year holiday, the production atmosphere at companies and businesses in Can Tho city has become bustling again.
Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Le Anh Duy - Head of Human Resources Department of Suntory Pepsico Company, Can Tho branch (Tra Noc Industrial Park, Can Tho City) - said that since February 3 (the 6th day of Tet), 100% of employees have returned to work, with no cases of resignation. With a guaranteed workforce, the company's production activities are proceeding smoothly.
“On the first day back to work, the company gave lucky money to all employees. This created a joyful and exciting atmosphere for employees to start their work better,” said Mr. Duy.
At An Duong Company Limited (Thot Not Industrial Park, Can Tho City), about 75% of workers have returned to work after the Tet holiday.
“The unit started production on February 3 and up to now, about 25% of the staff have not returned to work. Most of the staff who have not returned to work are on leave. The company has not recorded any cases of workers quitting after Tet,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Tuyen - Head of Human Resources Department of An Do Duong Company Limited.
Ms. Tuyen also informed that this is the general situation of the company every year. Accordingly, a few days later, the staff will stabilize again. The company has arranged reasonable staff for each department, ensuring production activities are on schedule.

To retain workers after Tet and to stay with the company for a long time, Ms. Tuyen said that the company ensures that the salary level for workers is enough to cover their daily living expenses.
In addition to providing full protective gear, the company is completing new production facilities and machinery. Thereby, creating a safe and friendly working environment, helping employees improve productivity.
According to Mr. Duy, the company always conducts inspections to ensure that employees work in safe and healthy conditions. The unit also organizes meetings, exchanges, and listens to opinions to make adjustments to working methods or processes. From there, it creates a comfortable environment, helping employees produce effectively.
“Most employees are satisfied with the policies when working at the company. We regularly update information on the labor market to have suitable policies for employees and workers,” said Mr. Duy.
