In addition to maintaining coordination with press agencies, grassroots broadcasting systems and electronic information portals, the Dien Bien Provincial Employment Service Center also focuses on promoting multi-platform communication so that people can access recruitment information fully and promptly.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong - Deputy Director in charge of the Dien Bien Provincial Employment Service Center, in the context of the labor market having many fluctuations and the increasing demand for job search, communication, consulting and introduction play an important role.
To make information more lively and accessible, every week, the Center's officials have proactively built short videos detailing the process of receiving unemployment benefits, as well as introducing reputable orders from companies inside and outside the province to post on social networking platforms such as TikTok, Facebook... From there, workers can easily look up and find suitable job opportunities without spending much time and travel costs.
Along with that, career counseling and mobile job introduction programs in communes and wards organized periodically have brought practical efficiency. Through direct counseling sessions, workers are provided with comprehensive information about the labor market, recruitment conditions, salary levels, preferential treatment regimes as well as necessary skills.
The Center also actively coordinates with vocational education institutions and schools in the province to organize career orientation activities for students.
Recognizing that job communication in Dien Bien is still facing difficulties, Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong said that information technology infrastructure in some areas is still limited. Along with that, the level of information access of a part of workers is not uniform.
To continue to improve communication effectiveness in the coming time, leaders of the Dien Bien Provincial Employment Service Center affirmed that they will continue to innovate content in a concise, easy-to-understand, and suitable for each target group. At the same time, expand online information channels, strengthen coordination with local authorities, mass organizations and businesses to bring job information closer and faster to the people.
