Through the dialogue of the Board of Directors, the Company has promptly grasped the thoughts, aspirations and answers to feedback and recommendations on issues related to the implementation of the regimes, policies, rights and legitimate interests of union members and employees. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the company leaders to listen and share the difficulties and obstacles of union members and employees. Thereby, contributing to building a stable harmonious and progressive labor relationship in the business.

Ms. Le Thi Hong Ly - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Goryo Vietnam Co., Ltd. - shared that as a bridge between businesses and employees, in recent years, the Company's Trade Union has proactively coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize periodic dialogues, thereby proposing to the company's leaders to implement many practical activities towards employees.

From the beginning of 2025 until now, through capturing the mind, aspirations and listening to the opinions of employees in the company, the Executive Committee of the Company's Community College has synthesized into a number of main issues and held the first regular dialogue in 2025 with the Board of Directors of the Company on 9.4.

At the dialogue, the parties discussed, discussed, agreed, concluded the notice and commitment to put into the collective labor agreement in 2025, with the contents such as: 260,000 VND/person/month (in the summer) for employees working at the production department and the trash department; The company arranges the installation of hot and cold water plants convenient for employees to use to ensure that in the summer, employees can drink cool water, winter drink warm water.

The Board of Directors also agreed to spend the money allowance from 500,000 VND - 1,000,000 VND/person/month for the head of the division, management and driving staff; Expenses for excellent employees and workers in the percentage of salary (5 %/year); Marriage employees are given 700,000 VND, employees with marriage are donated 300,000 VND, supporting employees to face unexpected difficulties with a rate of VND 1,000,000 - 5,000,000; The employee unfortunately suffered from serious illness, serious illness, serious accidents to leave to treat the company will support 1 month of basic salary and support social insurance premium within 3 consecutive months from the time the employee cannot go to work ...
