The company is currently installing elevators and completing the apartments, expected to be completed by the end of 2024 and accepted for use in the first quarter of 2025.
The company is also accepting applications from home buyers who are social housing beneficiaries, including workers and laborers working at enterprises in industrial parks in Dong Nai.
98 worker apartments have usable area from more than 31 m2 to more than 84 m2 each.
For the 1st - Ground floor position, the unit price is over 12.6 million VND/m2; For the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floor positions, the unit price is over 9.5 million VND/m2.
Each apartment costs from about 300 million VND to more than 880 million VND/apartment.
Previously, in 2021, the investor completed a worker apartment block with 107 apartments.
