On November 2, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to implement Resolution No. 06/2025/NQ-HDND dated October 3, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the support level for independent, private and non-public preschools; children and teachers at private and non-public preschools in the province and assigning the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors, units and People's Committees of communes and wards to guide and implement the above Resolution.

According to the Resolution, children studying at private and non-public preschools whose father or mother or caregiver is a worker or employee working in industrial parks, industrial clusters, economic zones, or high-tech zones in the province are subject to labor contracts signed by enterprises according to regulations.
Support level of 200,000 VND/child/month. The support period is calculated based on the actual number of school months but not exceeding 9 months/school year. In case of studying less than 15 days in 1 month, it will be calculated 1⁄2 month, from 15 days or more, it will be calculated as a full month.

For preschool teachers working at private and non-public preschools in areas with industrial parks, industrial clusters, economic zones, and high-tech zones in the province, the support level is 800,000 VND/person/month. The support period is calculated based on the actual number of teaching months in the school year; in case of teaching less than 15 days in 1 month, it will be calculated for 1⁄2 month, from 15 days or more, it will be calculated for 1 full month.
For independent and private preschools in the province with a scale of 20 children to 70 children, of which at least 30% are children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks, industrial clusters, economic zones, and high-tech zones in the province, the maximum one-time support level is 30 million VND/preschool education institution to equip tools, toys, and teaching equipment according to the list prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Dong Nai province currently has 57 industrial parks established, of which 42 are in operation with nearly 2,720 projects from 46 countries and territories participating in investment activities. The number of employees is 680,000 people, including imported workers and local workers.
In Dong Nai province, there are many kindergartens that are raising thousands of workers and laborers in industrial parks.
The Young Flowers School is a kindergarten for children of workers of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa Ward, Dong Nai Province) since the 2013 2014 school year, officially inaugurated and put into operation, can welcome 700 children at the same time.
Phong Thai Group will build Dong Phuong Kindergarten in (Song May Industrial Park) and Dona Standard Kindergarten (Xuan Loc Industrial Park) to raise thousands of workers.
