Of which, support provided through the direct superior union at the grassroots level is 26,500 people at the rate of 1,000,000 VND/person. Support for grassroots unions under the City Labor Federation is 600 people at the rate of 1,000,000 VND/person.
Activities to take care of the Lunar New Year 2025 of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation are organized with the theme "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party" and the motto that all union members and workers have Tet. The program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" organized by the City Labor Confederation is expected to take place from 8:00 on January 11, 2025 to 17:00 on January 12, 2025 (12th and 13th of the 12th lunar month of the year of Giap Thin). There are about 100 booths with products, goods, and necessities for Tet.
The number of vouchers given to union members and workers in difficulty is 5,800, each voucher is worth 500,000 VND; 5,000 gifts are 0 VND, each is worth 300,000 VND. The program "Union Tet Journey - Spring 2025" takes place in 2 forms. Firstly, the organization supports the method of bringing industrial park workers back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and welcoming workers back to work after Tet at the city level. There are about 30 cars to take and pick up 1,200 workers back to their hometowns and back to work according to the actual Tet holiday schedule of the enterprises. Secondly, support bus tickets in cash for 5,000 workers to return to their hometowns.
The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" is organized centrally at the grassroots level and above the grassroots level in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring safety, savings, efficiency, attracting many union members and employees to participate. One of the requirements for organizing Tet care activities is to diversify and flexibly use forms of care, focusing on the grassroots level, paying attention to and supporting union members and workers working in industrial and export processing zones; in enterprises facing difficulties due to economic recession, having orders cut or reduced, production scale reduced, temporarily suspended, dissolved, bankrupted, unpaid wages, unpaid bonuses, etc.
