Actively participating in Party building and government building is one of the activities set forth by the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) throughout its development journey.
In 2024, the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor completed 13/13 targets set by the province. Ninh Thuan also completed 10/11 targets assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with 8 targets exceeded.
Of which, the target of introducing outstanding union members to the Party Committee for consideration and training exceeded the assigned target by 5%. 503/745 outstanding union members were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
According to Mr. Tran Van Dong - Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor, from 2013 to now, trade unions at all levels in the province have introduced nearly 7,500 outstanding union members (EMs) for the Party to consider. And nearly 4,500 EMs have been admitted to the Party.
Many grassroots trade union officials who are Party members are trusted and promoted to key leadership positions in agencies, units, and enterprises.
Along with building the force, the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor also actively participates in giving opinions on Party building. On average, each year, all levels of the union periodically give opinions to the Party organization and Party members more than 580 times.
At the same time, actively participate in giving opinions on draft resolutions, directives, decisions, regulations, rules, conclusions... of the Party that are directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers, civil servants, laborers and the functions and tasks of trade union organizations at all levels.
Thereby, creating positive changes in awareness and action, promoting the dynamism and creativity of each union member, strengthening workers' trust in the Party's leadership...
According to Mr. Dong, 2025 is a very important year when Ninh Thuan enters the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress... The Provincial Federation of Labor chose the key theme of its activities as "focusing on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party".
The Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor has approved an action program and set 12 targets to strive for. Among them, developing and increasing 3,000 union members, establishing 100% of grassroots unions in enterprises with 20 or more employees, and introducing 714 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training and admission.
Innovating the content and methods of operation, enhancing the responsibility of the trade union in training and introducing outstanding union members, especially workers directly involved in production, to join the Party and proactively performing the task of contributing ideas to build the Party and build a clean and strong government are fundamental solutions that continue to be promoted by the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor in 2025, contributing to the new development path of Ninh Thuan homeland.
