As soon as there was information about a collective work stoppage, the leaders of the Trade Union of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone along with the Department of Enterprise and Labor - Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone were present at the company to grasp the wishes. of workers; At the same time, company leaders are requested to organize dialogues with workers.
At the dialogue held on the afternoon of April 25, company leaders agreed to take unpaid leave on Saturday, pay layoff wages for additional days off, and transfer 150 cleaning workers back to the production department.
The company agrees to pay the full 8-hour salary and not deduct attendance due to work stoppage. Regarding Tet bonuses and Tet gifts, depending on the company's business conditions... After the dialogue, the workers agreed to return to work on the morning of April 26, ending the collective work stoppage.
Previously, on February 23, nearly 300 workers of Sein Together Vinh Vina Co., Ltd., located in Thanh Khe commune, Thanh Chuong district, stopped working collectively to request the company to pay their January salary.
When the incident occurred, the district Labor Confederation, Thanh Chuong District Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Party Committee, authorities, and socio-political organizations of Thanh Khe commune promptly worked with company leaders to resolve the incident. year to grasp the situation and discuss the matter. District and grassroots leaders discussed and asked the company to pay workers a monthly salary, give workers 2 days off (February 23 - 24) on the full moon day of January), then return to work. .
