On December 7, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that in November 2025, job counseling and referral activities in the area will be maintained regularly and there will be many clear changes.
Units in the province have provided free consultation to 7,721 workers, introduced jobs to 226 workers; and provided 10,182 workers with labor market information to businesses, business households and workers.
The work of sending workers to work abroad under contracts continued to be promoted with 960 people being consulted, 5 workers participating in the preliminary selection and 21 workers leaving the country during the month.
Regarding occupational safety and hygiene, the province has organized group 3 training for General Hospital 333 and Dong Hoa Medical Center, with 247 students expected to participate.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the State management of labor and employment has been implemented synchronously, promptly and increasingly effectively.
The province has signed cooperation minutes on seasonal labor dispatch in the agricultural sector with Haenam district (Jeollanam province) and Anseong city (Gyeonggi province), South Korea; and sent a working delegation to visit and work with workers in Iskan city, Boseong district and Jindo district (South Korea).
Dak Lak also coordinated with the military police to provide career counseling and orientation for demobilized soldiers; supported 21 workers to complete their applications to work in Goryeong-gun District, Gyeongsangbuk Province (Korea).
Policies to support workers, especially unemployment insurance, have been fully and promptly implemented.
Also in November 2025, the province decided to pay unemployment benefits to 1,550 people with a total amount of nearly 34 billion VND; and at the same time, provide vocational training consultation to 1,300 people to help them return to the labor market soon.
