In 2024, Quang Ngai Labor Federation disbursed over 9.8 billion VND for union members to borrow capital, limiting black credit from reaching union members.

On January 4, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nhan - Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that in 2024, the Provincial Labor Federation's Poor Workers and Civil Servants Capital Assistance Fund disbursed over 9.8 billion VND to 328 union members, civil servants and laborers to borrow capital to improve housing, improve living facilities, and improve production and business.

Up to this point, the unit has disbursed all three loan products, accounting for 89% of the capital allocation plan set out at the beginning of the year. Of which, loans for home repair and expansion account for 99%; loans for shopping account for 0.6%; and loans for production and business account for 0.4%.

Most union members, workers and civil servants of the Labor Federations of districts, towns and cities, equivalent industry unions and affiliated grassroots unions have paid back the loan contracts on time and before the loan term. The strict implementation, in accordance with regulations, procedures and procedures, and effectiveness, has created an initial catalyst to help union members overcome difficulties in life.

According to Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nhan, in 2025, the Provincial Fund for Poor Workers and Civil Servants sets out 9 key tasks.
