The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to prepare for the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. Advisory agencies and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have commented and guided to improve the role and effectiveness of trade union organizations.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has urged units and enterprises to transfer union funds and provide funds to affiliated grassroots unions. The grassroots trade unions are also required to transfer union union union fees to the Provincial Federation of Labor in accordance with regulations, ensuring union financial work.
The Provincial Federation of Labor will organize an online course on occupational safety, hygiene and fire prevention in 2025. A total of 120 students participated, improving their knowledge and skills to ensure safety at the workplace.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has compiled a list of cadres and union members who have registered to participate in the "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program online. At the same time, this agency decided to recognize the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and the positions of 53 grassroots trade unions for the 2025-2030 term.
The provincial trade union also dissolved 07 grassroots trade unions, reducing 126 union members and 127 workers. These activities help improve the quality of trade union organizations, ensure the rights of union members and contribute to building a strong trade union organization.
