In the past time, the Steering Committee and the Project Support Team of the Provincial Federation of Labor have developed a structure for the Project Outline; organized two conferences to seek opinions from the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee on the content of the draft project.
Currently, the Provincial Federation of Labor has taken 1,000 survey forms from cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD), including 320 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and 680 workers in 119 units and enterprises. The survey results will be the basis for the project to be close to the reality and needs of workers.
The workshop was organized to identify and analyze the difficulties and inadequacies in the project implementation process, while finding solutions to revive the cultural traditions of workers in the Mining area.
At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing: Theoretical bases, political and legal basis and practice of the project; Forms of arousing and promoting the cultural value of "discipline and Unity" among employees in accordance with the characteristics of Quang Ninh province.
The workshop also assessed the current situation, achievements and shortcomings in arousing the cultural values of workers in the Mining area in recent times; Time of project implementation; Clarifying the role of coal workers - the core force that creates the spirit of "discipline and Unity".
The project is part of the tasks in implementing the Resolution of the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress (term 2023 - 2028) and Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU dated October 30, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee on building and promoting cultural values and human strength of Quang Ninh to become endogenous resources, driving force for rapid and sustainable development.
The workshop has received many practical opinions, contributing to the completion of the Project to soon effectively implement and widely spread the spirit of "discipline and Unity" among the staff of Quang Ninh province.
