Immediately after receiving information about the incident, representatives of the leaders of Thanh Hoa Province's Confederation of Labor, Yen Dinh District's Confederation of Labor and functional agencies went directly to this company to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the workers. Along with that, work with business representatives on the content proposed by workers.
According to the representative of the Labor Confederation of Thanh Hoa province, after the above incident, the business representative also conducted a dialogue with the workers and agreed with the workers' proposal to support overtime meals. (For 2 hours or more, you will receive a meal allowance equivalent to 20,000 VND).
After the company responded to the proposal, by early afternoon of August 22, more than 1,000 workers at Alena Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. returned to normal work.
