Organizing periodic health check-ups for 75,000 employees
In recent times, TKV trade unions at all levels have been focusing on improving the quality and effectiveness of representative tasks to care for the rights and interests of union members and employees.
In particular, units are interested in implementing and having many forms of innovation in organizing dialogues with employees. In the first 6 months of 2025, the units organized 149 dialogues with the direct participation of 17,482 employees, through the dialogues, 1,235 employees' opinions were received and resolved. The Group organized a Miners' Forum, a dialogue with 300 employees directly in the tunnel block.
Along with that, the units have coordinated with specialized agencies to develop a joint plan to organize 32,853 sightseeing and vacations for people, including 31,673 domestic trips and 1,180 trips abroad. 779 miners' families have been organized for sightseeing and vacations (4 people/family). The total amount of money that the units have spent on workers for sightseeing and vacations is more than 137.11 billion VND.
TKV Trade Union has issued a plan to organize a program to nurture and restore the health of miners for 2,500 workers with occupational diseases, health problems of 31% or more and health of type IV and V of the units; Trade unions at all levels in the industry have visited sick and healthy workers, supported 9,925 workers in difficulty with an amount of VND 23,163 billion.
In the first 6 months of the year, the units have organized periodic health check-ups for 75,000 employees, of which 8,542 employees received additional specialist examinations and pre-cancer check-ups. There are 212 employees whose lungs are washed at the Coal - Mineral Hospital.
Ensure that 100% of employees are fully implemented in accordance with policies and regimes

From now until the end of 2025, to implement the targets and tasks of production and business, care for the lives and jobs, welfare for workers, etc., TKV Trade Unions at all levels will continue to coordinate in organizing dialogues to promptly grasp the aspirations of workers and work with businesses to resolve shortcomings in the management and implementation of policies for workers.
The Trade Union directs the People's Inspectorate to coordinate in inspecting and supervising compliance with labor laws, implementing policies for employees, especially restructuring and equitization units; supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements, labor regulations, salary management, and employee welfare regimes; promoting democracy at the grassroots level.
Along with the expertise in developing solutions to remove difficulties in production and business; participating in developing regulations on salary management, use of welfare and reward funds, restructuring and equitization plans, ensuring that 100% of employees fully implement policies and regimes.
Implement well the social work of charity, care for and help workers in work-related accidents, policy families, and families in especially difficult circumstances. Coordinate with the specialized agency to develop a joint plan to organize activities to care for the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 for workers.
