Over the past term, the Trade Union of Ty Bach Company Limited has excellently performed its core functions and tasks, completing all 9 important groups of targets of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term.
Regarding organizational development and welfare care, the Trade Union has achieved many outstanding results: The rate of union members reaching 99% of the total number of employees, the annual Trade Union organization is assessed as "Excellent in completing the task". These results affirm the solid position of the Trade Union organization in enterprises, contributing to enhancing the prestige and trust of employees.
The Trade Union has conducted 100% of negotiations, signing and supervision of Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs), with more than 70% of CLAs having provisions more favorable than the law, focusing on increasing shift meals and supporting travel for workers. The total budget for direct care for union members and workers during the term reached over 15 billion VND, through major programs such as "Tet Sum Vay" and "Worker's Month", "Zero-VND Store" ... promptly supporting more than 500 workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to improving the lives and spirit of union members.
The grassroots trade union pays special attention to propaganda, education, and mobilization of union members to well implement the Party's policies and guidelines and the company's regulations. The sense of discipline, industrial style and sense of responsibility of workers have been significantly improved.
Trade union activities are constantly innovated in content and methods, attracting a large number of union members to participate, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive trade union organization, while improving production efficiency, creating a positive and stable working environment.
Focus on the interests of union members, build a modern union
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of Ty Bach Company Limited has identified its goal of continuing to be a reliable support, protecting the legitimate rights of union members, focusing on the interests of union members, while building a strong, modern and flexible grassroots Trade Union. The key task is to improve the quality of negotiation and thoroughly implement the Collective Labor Agreement, with 100% of enterprises signing and at least 5 outstanding provisions on welfare, salary, working environment and support for housing and education for children of workers, to ensure practical and long-term rights.
The union strives to develop union members to increase by 5% compared to the previous term, reaching 98% of the total number of participating workers. Strengthen the application of information technology, innovate operations, organize emulation movements, and innovation initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency and business reputation. At the same time, introduce at least 5 outstanding union members to the Party for admission and have at least 10 individuals awarded the Creative Labor Certificate in the new term.
At the same time, the Trade Union will improve the quality of cadres, ensuring that 100% of grassroots trade union cadres are trained in their professional skills every year and have the capacity to represent workers. Inspection and supervision work has been comprehensively enhanced, including financial inspection with 100% of affiliated units as planned, to ensure compliance with the Charter and regulations of the company. These solutions help protect the rights of union members, enhance the reputation of the organization, and at the same time build a modern, effective and flexible grassroots union in the new period.
