On December 7, the Chau Pha Commune Trade Union (HCMC) said that, implementing the call of all levels, and responding to the "All country towards the people of the Central region" movement heavily affected by floods, the unit has actively participated in implementing meaningful activities.
Through the mobilization of the Commune Trade Union, grassroots Trade Unions, philanthropists, and workers in the commune, an estimated VND 330 million has been contributed, including cash (which has been transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City) and necessities, supporting people in difficulty.
The unit closely coordinated and joined the working group of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chau Pha commune to organize a trip to deliver relief goods in Khanh Hoa province, with thousands of gifts and essential necessities (rice, instant noodles, drinking water, medicine, clothes, etc.).
At the same time, it is expected that on December 8, the unit will continue to participate in the bus to deliver necessities to the people of the Central region. That is the sentiment, the sharing of all union members, workers and people of Chau Pha commune, conveyed to the people in the flooded areas.
According to Chau Pha Commune Trade Union, the activity not only demonstrates its role as a representative organization, caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members, workers and laborers, but also acts as a solid bridge, arousing and strongly promoting the noble tradition of "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the nation.
Thereby, contributing to promptly encouraging and sharing the difficulties and losses that the people of the Central region are suffering; adding strength for people to overcome natural disasters, soon stabilize their lives and restore production.
Chau Pha Commune Trade Union also expressed its deep gratitude to enterprises, grassroots trade unions, all union members, workers, laborers and people who have joined hands to contribute and hoped to accompany and continue to spread these beautiful and positive actions in the community.
