On July 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that from the beginning of 2025 to now, trade unions at all levels in the province have coordinated with the Steering Committee for Humanitarian Blood Donation to organize many activities to encourage union members and workers to participate in voluntary blood donation. Thereby, attracting 3,356 participants.
In June 2025 alone, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated to organize a Blood Donation and Registry of Tissue, organ, and Sub-Body Donation Festival, collecting 800 units of blood and 50 donation applications.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung - Vice Principal of Tran Nhan Tong High School shared that he has donated blood 19 times and registered to donate tissues and organs after passing away.
"I consider this a meaningful work, both helping to save people and exercising their health, spreading the spirit of a positive life" Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung shared more.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - affirmed that voluntary blood donation is a noble gesture, demonstrating the responsibility of union members to the community.
In recent times, local union members have actively responded, contributing to spreading the spirit of "a drop of blood given, a life left behind".
