Implementing the trade union work program in the People's Public Security in 2025 and responding to the patriotic emulation movement in 2025, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security's Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), Dien Bien Provincial Police recently organized a training course on fire prevention, fighting and rescue for 75 union members and workers in Dien Bien Provincial Police and MobiFone Company, Dien Bien Province Branch.
The training and fostering course aims to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of union members and workers for fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) and rescue (CNCH), escape skills, use of fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment, instructions on skills to recognize risks, how to handle and preventive measures when encountering drowning and stroke... Thereby, helping students be more proactive in preventing and handling incidents that occur in practice, especially at work, in residential areas and in their own families.
In order to spread the spirit of mutual love and contribute to sharing difficulties with union members and workers in difficult circumstances, Dien Bien Provincial Police and MobiFone Dien Bien Trade Union presented 10 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth VND 500,000.
During the time participating in the training and fostering class, the students also exchanged, visited and introduced some modern fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment.
