Hung Yen - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision to temporarily adjust the assignment of contract workers to support and serve in administrative agencies and organizations in 2025.

The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has just issued a Decision on adjusting the temporary assignment of contract workers to support and serve in administrative agencies and organizations in 2025 after merging the old Hung Yen province and the old Thai Binh province and implementing the two-level local government model.

The decision temporarily assigned 5 additional contract workers receiving salaries from the state budget to 4 commune People's Committees, including: Nhu Quynh Commune People's Committee (2 workers), Tong Tran Commune People's Committee (1 worker), Chi Minh Commune People's Committee (1 worker) and Bac Tien Hung Commune People's Committee (1 worker).

The Provincial People's Committee also temporarily adjusted the assignment of a total of contract workers to support and serve in administrative agencies and organizations in the province in 2025, which is 245 people receiving salaries from the state budget. Of which: 198 provincial departments, branches and sectors and 47 commune and ward People's Committees.

The decision clearly states that the People's Committees of Nhu Quynh, Tong Tran, Chi Minh and Bac Tien Hung communes are responsible for deciding to temporarily adjust the assignment of additional contract labor; manage, use and implement policies according to regulations within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Decision; and send 1 copy to the Department of Home Affairs for monitoring and inspection.

Communes are required to manage and use the number of contract workers for support and service work in accordance with regulations, in accordance with the province's programs and plans; direct affiliated organizations to implement solutions to effectively use labor.

The Director of the Department of Home Affairs is responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee to direct the management and use of contract workers in administrative agencies and organizations in the province according to current regulations.
