On March 2, the Lak District Labor Federation announced that the unit had just organized the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Cao Nguyen bo Company Limited and held the 1st grassroots trade union congress, term 2023 - 2028.
Cao Nguyen bo Cong ty Limited operates in the field of tourism and catering services in Bhok village, Yang Tao commune, Lak district, Dak Lak province.
The company has 24 employees and employees working regularly. Thanks to the guidance and propaganda of the Lak District Labor Federation on the principles and purposes of the trade union organization as well as the obligations and rights of union members, all 24 workers at the company have voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of 3 people; including the chairman and vice chairman.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions in Lak district is a practical activity, contributing to the effective implementation of the 2025 theme of Dak Lak provincial trade unions at all levels: "Focus on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party" from the beginning of the year.
