On May 24, Mr. Bui Dang Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that to implement the Workers' Month activity, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has just announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hospital 22-12 (Nha Trang ward).
At the same time, announcing the decision to admit 289 union members who are medical staff, doctors, medical staff and employees of the hospital into the Trade Union organization.

At the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation also awarded decisions recognizing the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee and the titles of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS).
Joining the task, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Hospital's Grassroots Trade Union committed to focusing on performing the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of union members; building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations between employees and employers in accordance with the law.
At the same time, promote emulation movements, improve professional quality, contributing to the effective implementation of medical examination and treatment and people's health care.

Representing the Employer, Mr. Trinh Viet Thang - Director of Hospital 22-12 - shared that human resources are the most important asset of the hospital.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, affirming organizational maturity and stability, while creating a foundation to better ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
According to Mr. Thang, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union needs to promote the role of a bridge, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of employees.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors to effectively implement policies on welfare, wages, insurance and labor protection so that employees can feel secure in their work.
In addition, grassroots trade unions must also pioneer in launching emulation associated with improving professional quality; building a culture of solidarity and sharing.
From the board of directors, Mr. Thang committed to creating the best conditions in terms of facilities and mechanisms for the trade union to operate. The growth of the trade union is the basis for the sustainable development of the hospital.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded 2 support packages, each worth 1 million VND; the Grassroots Trade Union of Hospital 22-12 awarded 2 more support packages, each worth 2 million VND, to union members and workers who were heavily damaged in the house fire.
