The conference to summarize the implementation of the emulation covenant in 2024 and the signing of the emulation c agreed in 2025 of the Emulation Cluster of the Southeast provinces took place on the morning of March 19 in Binh Thuan province.
The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council and representatives of 7 provinces in the cluster: Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ninh Thuan, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh.
At the conference, 7 individuals and collectives that are typical examples in 7 provinces in the Southeast region emulation cluster were presented with flowers and symbols by President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Vice President of the Central Emulation Council Nguyen Dinh Khang.
The conference approved the results of the 2024 scoring, emulation ranking and reward evaluation of the cluster. Authorized by the Prime Minister, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council Nguyen Dinh Khang presented the Emulation Flag of the Government to the leading unit in the patriotic emulation movement, the Emulation Cluster of the Southeast provinces, Binh Phuoc province.
Recognizing and highly appreciating the results that the Southeast Emulation cluster has achieved in 2024, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council Nguyen Dinh Khang suggested that the provinces continue to innovate the content of activities, closely following the Government's 2025 management theme "discipline responsibility, proactively be timely, streamline efficiency, accelerate breakthrough".
On that basis, identify the operating theme of each locality, effectively implement emulation movements; advise on preliminary and summary emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation and completion of local and national socio-economic development targets, especially the GDP growth target of the whole country in 2025 of 8% or more. Resolutely and effectively implement the peak emulation campaign "500 days and nights of emulation to complete 3,000 km of expressway" and "450 days and nights of peak to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025", completed before December 31, 2025 to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
With the tradition of patriotic emulation and the spirit of solidarity of localities in the emulation cluster of the Southeast provinces, I believe that in 2025, emulation and reward work will continue to be innovative; emulation movements will truly be the driving force to promote the creativity of the entire Party, people and army, creating new steps forward, contributing to building an increasingly rich and civilized locality, emphasized President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council Nguyen Dinh Khang.
Mr. Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province as Cluster Leader 2024, received the direction, declared the completion of tasks and introduced Dong Nai province as Cluster Leader, Tay Ninh province as Deputy Cluster Leader of Emulation Cluster in 2025. At the end of the conference, representatives of the 7 member provinces in the cluster signed an emulation agreement in 2025.
