Units that effectively organize and launch patriotic emulation movements, strive to have 2-3 initiatives in the entire district awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and have initiatives that win awards in the technical innovation contest among workers in Hai Phong City.

At the conference, representatives of the school groups signed the emulation agreement for the 2024-2025 school year. On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities and the labor movement in the 2023-2024 school year were commended and rewarded by the Trade Unions at all levels. The Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded 2 union members of the Le Chan district education sector with difficult circumstances, each worth 5 million VND.
