On November 1, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued Notice No. 447/TB-UBND on adjusting administrative working hours for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the province, applicable from November 1, 2025.
Accordingly, working hours at Party agencies, People's Councils, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees, socio-political organizations, State administrative agencies and public service units at the provincial and commune levels are regulated as follows: Morning from 7:30 to 11:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30.
For educational, training and health facilities, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health and competent authorities shall base on general regulations and instructions from central agencies to arrange working hours in accordance with the specific characteristics of the industry and practice, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
In particular, central agencies located in the province are proactive in deciding on working hours, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
The adjustment of working hours aims to create conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to proactively carry out their tasks.
Thereby, improving the efficiency of serving people and businesses, demonstrating the spirit of "serving the people".
