On May 24, at Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company (Thanh Nua commune, Dien Bien province), Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) and Ms. Huynh Thi Cam Hong - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to workers and laborers.

Speaking at the program, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Thai Thu Xuong highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Group's leadership in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, implementing many practical and effective activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Employees are the most valuable assets of the business. All successes and values that the business achieves originate from the intelligence, labor and silent dedication of the team of officials and employees" - Ms. Thai Thu Xuong emphasized.

The Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also proposed that the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union should coordinate with the Group's leadership to continue to pay attention to and better care for the lives, jobs and incomes of workers. Pay special attention to workers in remote, isolated, and border areas and workers who are ethnic minorities.
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 100 gifts; the Rubber Trade Union presented 300 gifts to workers and laborers, each gift worth 1 million VND in cash.

Vietnam Rubber Trade Union supports the "Trade Union Home" and "Cultural Institution, Trade Union Light" programs with a total amount of 890 million VND for 4 Rubber Joint Stock Companies: Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lai Chau 2 and Son La.
At the program, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cam - General Director of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company added that the Company was established in 2007, performing the task of developing rubber trees in Dien Bien province.

Currently, the Company is managing nearly 3.718 hectares of rubber in 10 communes and wards; has 4 professional departments, 3 production teams and 1 rubber latex processing plant; the total number of employees is 888 people, of which over 91% are ethnic minority workers.
In 2025, the average income of workers reached 6.97 million VND/person/month. In the first 4 months of 2026, due to the time the garden trees changed leaves and temporarily stopped exploitation, workers' income decreased, the Company proactively supported over 700 workers with the amount of 1.05 billion VND to share difficulties and stabilize life.
