Right from the beginning of July, the Hai Chau District Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of 11 independent kindergarten group unions in Hoa Cuong Bac ward with 148 union members.
11 Unions were mobilized to be established by the Labor Confederation of Hai Chau district with the expectation of representing the voices, rights and legitimate interests of workers in private preschool groups.
