On March 6, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to announce decisions on the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has decided to merge 2 affiliated committees to streamline the apparatus and improve operational efficiency.
The Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations and the Department of Propaganda and Women's Affairs will merge to become the Provincial Federation of Labor's Professional Department.
Mr. Luong Phu Cuong - Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations of the Provincial Federation of Labor was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Professional Affairs.
The Professional Affairs Committee will perform functions and tasks related to propaganda work, women's work, legal policies and labor relations.

Along with that, end the activities of industry unions, including: Provincial Civil Servants' Union, Health, Transport, Education, Agriculture and Rural Development, and Industry and Trade Trade Trade Unions.
Establish 2 new trade union organizations according to the block model, including: Party Bloc Trade Union and Government Bloc Trade Union.
These changes aim to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities, in line with the policy of restructuring the apparatus, ensuring consistency and efficiency in trade union work in Quang Binh.
The merger aims to streamline the apparatus, ensuring more effective operation in local union work.
Speaking at the assignment, Chairwoman of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan acknowledged the efforts and important contributions of the departments and units subject to arrangement with generations of union officials.

The Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that streamlining the apparatus is a major policy of the Party and State, marking an important turning point in the organization and operation of the provincial trade union.
After the arrangement, the Provincial Federation of Labor reduced from 7 to 3 affiliated and equivalent unions; from 3 departments and offices to 2.
Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan suggested that units that have completed and dissolved them should quickly hand over work, assets and documents; newly established units need to soon stabilize operations, ensuring no work interruption.
The Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor hopes that union officials will continue to promote their sense of responsibility and determination to complete their tasks, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization.
