As the head of the production team at Phu Quy Wood Branch (Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company), Mr. Le Van Binh (42 years old) is not only a good worker but also has many initiatives to help the company save costs and increase labor productivity.
Mr. Binh has researched and adjusted the PU paint blending ratio, helping to save from 50-100 million VND per year while still ensuring product quality. He also manufactures brooms and cameras, helping to reduce labor, increase productivity and reduce product costs.

Ms. Duong Thi Kim Oanh - a teacher in Quang Trach district - always innovates teaching methods, helping students to be more interested in studying. She uses vivid images and educational games to help children absorb knowledge easily.
She always encourages colleagues to innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality. Thanks to her continuous efforts, she has won many awards such as the First Prize for District-level Excellent Teaching Teacher in 2023-2024, Certificate of Merit from the Quang Thanh Commune Party Committee for her outstanding achievements in Party building work.
