On July 19, according to information from the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the working delegation of the unit has just come to offer incense and flowers at the Nghe Tinh Memorial House for Soviet Martyrs (Nghe An) and the Dong Loc Intersection Historical Site (Ha Tinh).
The trip is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the morality of "Remembering the source of drinking water", gratitude for those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
At the Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers in memory of the heroic martyrs, recalling the heroic tradition of the revolutionary movement of 1930-1931, when workers - farmers and people stood up to fight against feudal colonialism.

Leaving Nghe An, the group offered incense at the special national relic site of Dong Loc Intersection - where 10 female youth volunteers of the 4th Sub- Teams, the 55 Ha Tinh Construction Joint Stock Company, heroically sacrificed their lives in a bombing attack on July 24, 1968 at a very young age.
On the same afternoon, the working delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor came to offer incense and flowers to the grave of General Vo Nguyen Giap at Vung Chua - Yen Island, Quang Dong Commune, Quang Trach District, Quang Binh Province (now Quang Tri Province).
In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the working delegation respectfully offered incense, flowers, and gifts and products of their hometown Cao Bang at the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap - an excellent and close student of President Ho Chi Minh, a Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army.
