According to the arrangement plan, at the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, from 5 committees will be streamlined into 4 committees. Specifically, the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations, the Department of Propaganda and Women's Affairs will be merged into the Department of Professional Affairs.
At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee on the dissolution and termination of the activities of the Education Trade Union, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union and the Industry and Trade Trade Trade Union. At the same time, establish the Party and Government Trade Unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor, maintaining the model of Industrial Park Trade Unions and Health Sector Trade Unions.
Also at the conference, decisions on personnel were announced, including the appointment of newly established Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Trade Union; the transfer and appointment of full-time trade union officials; the grassroots trade unions under the 3 unions including the Education Trade Union, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, and the Industry and Trade Trade Union were handed over to the grassroots trade union.
In addition, the conference also announced the decision on early retirement for 5 leaders and cadres according to Decree No. 178 dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Permanent Vice President of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor assessed that the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus is an important turning point in the organization and operation of the provincial trade union. This is not only a structural change but also marks a new period, towards comprehensive and breakthrough development.
To ensure the effective operation of the apparatus after the reorganization, it is recommended that the transferred and appointed cadres promote a sense of responsibility, improve professional capacity, and strive to complete their tasks well. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on building a spirit of solidarity and unity on the basis of compliance with Party regulations, State laws and trade union charter, contributing to building an increasingly strong organization, Mr. Thuan emphasized.
