Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor gives gifts to island commune residents after the storm

Quang Ninh - Recently, the Provincial Federation of Labor visited and presented gifts to people in Ngoc Vung commune, Van Don district, which suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3.

The visit aimed to share difficulties and encourage cadres, workers and laborers in the commune to overcome the consequences caused by the storm.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to 9 households in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 2 million VND and an electric fan.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also presented 25 electric fans, worth 10 million VND, to officials and civil servants of Ngoc Vung commune who are actively participating in storm recovery work.

At the visited locations, Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - asked about the damage and the lives of the households, and encouraged them to make efforts to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

The Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor also highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the staff and workers of the commune in joining hands with the local government to overcome the consequences of the storm. At the same time, Mr. Thao hoped that the staff and union members would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, together completing the assigned tasks excellently, contributing to the stability and development of the locality.
