In the online contest "Workers and civil servants learn about the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law in 2024" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation was honored to receive the Second Collective Award for the unit with the largest number of participants.
There are 3 individuals who are active in grassroots unions in Ho Chi Minh City who were honored to receive awards in this competition. They are author Chu Thanh Binh, who is working at the Trade Union of Thuong Tin Commercial Bank, who won the Second Prize; two authors Nguyen Minh Phuong, who is working at the Trade Union of Real-time Analysis Company Limited, and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, who is working at the Trade Union of Chuong Duong Primary School, who both won the Third Prize.
These awards have recognized the efforts in disseminating, disseminating and educating the law of the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - said that in recent times, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Union has promoted propaganda, dissemination, and education of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and regulations of the Trade Union organization among employees in the area.
Promoting the dissemination, dissemination and education of laws, especially the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law, are laws directly related to the rights of workers, thereby helping union members and employees raise awareness and properly implement the law, can protect themselves and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, said Ms. Loan.
