Vinh Long Labor Federation meets with typical enterprises

Vinh Long - On February 27, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a meeting of typical enterprises accompanying the trade union organization in the area.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Trach - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - praised and acknowledged the support of the business community, union members and workers who have actively contributed to the development of the province in general and the trade union organization in particular.

According to Mr. Trach, in recent years, many enterprises in the province have always accompanied the Trade Union to proactively care for the lives of workers, creating the best conditions for workers to work with peace of mind, contributing to the development of enterprises and society.

In 2024, enterprises have coordinated with trade unions to organize many activities such as: Responding to Workers' Month, Labor Safety and Hygiene Month; Tet Sum Vay; "Union Meal" Program, supporting the construction and repair of 105 Trade Union Shelters... As a result, gifts were given to over 92,000 union members and workers, with an amount of nearly 80 billion VND.

The Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor also expressed his hope that in the coming time, the business community in the province will continue to work with the trade union organization to care for and motivate workers to work enthusiastically with productivity, quality, and efficiency for the development of enterprises and Vinh Long province, for the better and better life for workers.

Speaking at the meeting, representatives of enterprises and trade unions at the companies expressed their joy because in the past time, the Trade Union has protected workers' rights, supported them materially and spiritually, and accompanied them to overcome difficulties.

Hopefully, in the coming time, the Trade Union will continue to promote its role, promote training programs, support career development, and maintain a fair, stable and sustainable working environment.
